Vacation Rental Description

For 20 years, we have been providing lodging in the private resort of Las 
Gaviotas, an American development of 300 homes, eight miles south of 
Rosarito Beach, Baja California, Mexico. You may be familar with the 
Rosarito Beach Hotel, Festival Hotel, La Fonda, Las Rocas, 
Oceana or La Paloma. We book up to 90 days in advance. Discover why

All homes in the community have a beach-facing patio with spectacular ocean views -- 
perfect for a day of basking in the sun or for a quiet evening meal 
beginning with a breathtaking sunset. Indulge yourself and relax 
with the mild, year-round climate, clean air, fresh ocean breezes 
and warm sunshine. You may choose private walks, relaxing evening 
swims, or the nightlife of Puerto Nuevo lobster village, one mile 
south. We are 45 minutes from Ensenada.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Gated entrance to the facility.  Walking guards conduct hourly 
patrols. Parking Off-Street.  Walkway along the ocean and on to the 
beach.

Great white-water, ocean views from the balcony patio complete with 
outdoor furniture and charcoal grill.  Super sunsets AND sunrises!!

Housekeepers provide bed linens, bath towels and the clean-up before 
and after your stay. Basic soaps, toilet paper, alarm clock radio 
and an iron are there for your convenience.

The kitchen has dishes, utensils and cookware, with a Full Size 
Refrigerator, Electric Oven, Gas Stove, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee 
Maker, Blender

Ceiling Fans, Electric Heating and a Fireplace are there for your 
comfort.

Books, Cable TV and VCR are provided for your entertainment.

US Holiday weekends (3N min) or Bike Race weekends, add $30/night.
Summer has a 4 night minimum.  There is a 2 night minimum rest of year.
