Our newly renovated oceanfront condo is just footsteps to the beach,
pool and tennis courts. This unit has received the highest rating
set by this premier community. It features a 1 bedroom with a queen
size bed, television with VCR and 1 1/2 baths. The living room
offers a queen size leather sleep sofa for additional sleeping with
television, VCR, DVD, and sound system. There is also 17'of glass
with a slider with views of the ocean and the quaint town of
Bethany. You can enjoy breakfast on the balcony watching the sunrise
over the ocean and cocktails in the evening watching the dolphins
traveling North. The soothing sound of the waves crashing on the
beach can be heard throughout the condo. The kitchen is fully
equipped with all new appliances and everything you will need to
prepare any meal. Dishwasher, flattop stove with self cleaning oven,
garbage disposal, icemaker, washer/dryer, blender, toaster, pots and
pans, dishes, silverware and barware. The kitchen is also open to
the living room with counter/ barstools and has the same wonderful
view to enjoy while cooking and entertaining.
This is truelly a comfortable home away from home with all the
finishing touches.
Linens are NOT included. The condo is
professionally cleaned and sanitized. This is a non-smoking unit.

This resort property includes private guarded beaches, indoor tennis
courts that are rated top in the country as well as outdoor courts
totaling 36 in all, 9 outdoor pools and 2 indoor with jacuzzis, 5
kiddie pools, 2 fitness centers and massage services. There are bike
and walking paths as well as baby-sitting services and kiddie camp
for an additional fee. Sea Colony also has the Marketplace which is
on property and has a coffee shop, rental store, hair salon, candy
galore store, restaurants and the recreation office. We are located
in walking distance to the quaint town of Bethany with its boardwalk
and bandstand where free concerts are held. There are charming
shops, fun eating places as well as some of the finest restaurants.
For the golfer there are several courses in the area with Rick
Jacobson's Bear Trap Dunes course just 3 miles away. While there have
lunch or dinner at the Den.
This quiet resort community is located a short drive from Rehoboth
Beach where you will find outlet tax free shopping as well as a
charming downtown with unique shops and restaurants. Approximately
10 miles south of Bethany is the bustling town of Ocean City, MD.

A wonderful family vacation as well as a romantic getaway is awaiting
with the numerous amenities offered within Sea Colony. Within a short
distance you can also enjoy miniature golf, movie theaters, boating,
fishing, golfing, shopping and nightlife.

3 Day weekend rates are available off-season from Jan.thru May and
Sept. thru Dec.
Weekly recreation fee of $40.00 per person in season and $6.00 per
person off-season to be paid directly to sea colony rec. Children
under 5 are free.
This fee provides you access to all the facilities offered. A badge
is provided upon payment the the rec center located in the
Marketplace. These rates are set by Sea Colony and are subject to
change.
