Palm Island is a private full service resort on the Northern tip of Little Gasparilla Island/Knight Island and is located about 7 miles to the North of Boca Grande and one to the South of Englewood/Stump Pass. Palm Island is a bridgeless island and the resort provides a short ferry service to the island. Once on the island, you park your car and main transportation becomes a golf cart. There are no cars allowed in the resort and only electric carts may be driven on the streets. This provides the ultimate in privacy and security. This villa is actually in the Palm Island Resort. The Beach Villa is a 2/2 beachfront condo directly facing the Gulf Of Mexico. The villa has recently been re-modeled and features new doors, windows, and tile floors. Much of the furniture has been replaced in 2011 and it comes equipped with a 42' big screen and DVD player. The location provides a rear set of stairs to provide you with direct access to the pool, hot tub, grilling area, and beach. The beach is a completely unspoiled 7 mile streach of the finest beaches in the world. The resort provides a restaurant, an ice cream shop,  a general store, and a sports rental shop which are all about 100 yards walking distance from the villa. The rental shop rents bicycles, golf carts, kayaks, canoes, fishing poles, etc.
