Vacation Rental Description

From the discriminating executive to the family vacation, this is the house for your longer stay in  
Scottsdale. The home is tastefully decorated and located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet family friendly  
neighborhood.  
 
This home is located in the McDowell Mountain Ranch Community in North Scottsdale. The home was  
finished in 1999. An ornate backyard retreat was built in 2002 complete with pool and water feature,  
as well as a built-in barbeque unit. There is also a firepit at poolside. The lawn area provides a  
nice location for sun bathing. The back yard is fully fenced with numerous safeguards on the doors  
to keep little people from wandering into the pool area. The grapefruit and lemon trees make for a  
wonderful treat in the morning and afternoon. 
 
The professionly decorated home is furnished with  
   1 queen bed in the Master 
   2 twins in the second bedroom 
   1 queen in the third bedroom.  
The master bedroom comes with a TV, and reading area, with whirlpool tub in the attached bathroom.  
 
The family room consists of a large leather couch and loveseat, a TV, receiver, DVD player, all  
wired to built in speakers to provide the best in surround sound. The built in gas fireplace offers  
a quiet ending to any day. A second reciever provides music in the pool area and master bed with  
independent volume controls.  
 
The living room offers a quiet reprive with soft cloth sofas and metal tables. There is a large  
private office with desk and phone access. Hi-Speed internet available. 
 
The kitchen is fully furnished with all pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, etc. There is a dining  
area in the kitchen for 6.

consist of golfing, hiking, biking, shopping, all 4 professional  
sports, theater, casino, horse track, dog track, and sight seeing. 

Vacation Rental Rates

$2,750/Mo June 1st-Septemeber 31st  
     
$4,500/Mo October 1st-December 31st : April 1st-May 31st 
 
$5,000/Mo January 1st-March 30th  
    
   * Tenant pays for utilities if over $300/mo. 
   * Cleaning Fees and Tax additional 
   * Multimonth discounts for off-season rentals

Rental Policies:  
     Monthly rentals only (per communitee requirements). No Smoking. Children allowed and welcome;  
however disclosure must be signed for pool safety, as pool does not have seperate fencing. 
 
Deposits:  
    Guest is required to pay Security Deposit of $3000 at the time of booking. The full rent for 1-3  
month stay is due 1 month prior to arrival. After that, rent is due on monthly basis. A $125  
departure clean will be added to the total. The security deposit is fully refunded to the guest upon  
satisfactory check-out.
