Beautiful 10th floor of the Jacaranda building (best location) 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo, corner unit 
with breathtaking south-side ocean views of Los Arcos and Banderas Bay. Watch the sunset over Los 
Arcos from the separate master bedroom or take in the vast views of the Mexican Riviera jungle 
rising above the Pacific Ocean. The condominiums building is meticulously maintained with 24 hour 
security, on-site administration, Concierge Service (which you can call them up and ask for your 
loungers and umbrellas to be put on the beach @ $2.50 each, reserved with your unit number on them - 
it is very cool)  and full maid services. The common areas consists of parking, lush tropical 
gardens, 3 large pools, entertainment area and direct access to one of the nicest, if not the most 
desired beach in Puerto Vallarta called Playas Gemelas. This purely sandy beach is well maintained 
with ample swimming, fishing and snorkeling opportunities. There is also a nursery adjacent to the 
beach where the endangered Olive Ridley turtle's eggs are protected and then released into the wild. 
Conveniently located on bus route and taxi stop. Grocery store nearby. Enjoy Puerto Vallarta's many 
recreational opportunities all close by.
