Looking for a vacation rental with a private pool close to the beach?  Dolphin's Retreat is a fabulous vacation home with an awesome private screened in pool in a gated neighborhood with a private beach access!  This home has just been updated with new leather furniture and bedding.  There are 2 big sofas and a recliner in the living room.  4BRs/2BAs with plenty of room!  You'll find 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, a full, a twin, and 2 roll away cots to sleep up to 11 people!  The bedrooms are all split from each other for extra privacy!  None share a wall!  You may bring a dog too as long as it is approved in advance!  Lots of tile for easy clean up!  Neutral, soothing colors throughout!  This home is conveniently located 2 miles east of the Destin Commons Mall and 2 miles west of the Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall just off Scenic Gulf Drive.  There is access to the beach and to HWY 98 which makes it easy to get around in the peak season!  

Free WIFI, TVs in every room, Private pool, dog friendly, private beach access, gated neighborhood, full size washer and dryer, DVD player, close to all Destin activities!

Golf!  There are 10 golf courses in the area within 5 miles!  Shopping is big in Destin!  Lots of touristy shops as well as the Destin Commons Mall and the Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall (touted as the biggest Designer Outlet Mall in the country!).  You'll also find lots of restaurants, Big Kahunas Water Park, boat rentals, jet skiiing, Dolphin cruises, Dinner Cruises, Deep Sea Fishing, Para-Sailing, etc.  Lots of beach and water sports!  Don't miss the bumper boats, the bungee jumping, miniature golf, go kart racing, etc.  Lot's of activities, too many to name!

All rates are base rates.  ADD:  $145 departure cleaning, $75 admin fee, and 12% tax.
