Vacation Rental Description

Adorable fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath with large living room 
with fireplace. Couch also has pull out bed. Large fenced back yard 
and large front yard. Full eat in kitchen with separate dinning room 
and sun room. Private back patio with Mexican tile. Minutes to New 
Smyrna beach with great surfing, boating and fun in the sun. Block 
from the intercoastal waterway with free boat ramp and bike path. 
Parks within 2 minute drive for the kids which includes raquetball 
and basketball courts as well as tennis and volley ball court.

Close to church, shopping and grocery.

Vacation Rental Amenities

 new refridgerator,dishwasher,new microwave, stove,toaster oven 
barbecue grill, new washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, 
television, alarm clock with radio. Kitchen fully equiped with 
dishes, utensils, and cups. Central air and heat. Beach chairs and 
towels on premises

Activities and Attractions

Surfing, boating, Bike path, natural springs, Kennedy Space Center 
50 minute and Disney 60 minute drive respectively

Vacation Rental Rates

weekly rental $500 off season and $750 for event weeks which include 
biketoberfest, bike week, Daytona 500 and pepsi 400. $500 security 
fee more if there are pets and the number of people. This is returned 
within 7-10 days of departure, providing there is no damage to the 
property.A nonrefundable deposit is required to hold the property. 

daily rate with 3 night minimum $75

Monthly rental in high season $1,000 excluding event week months and 
depending on number of people in the house.The event months are 
February for Daytona 500 and March for bike weeks. Those months are 
slightly higer depending on availability. July hosts Pepsi 400 and 
that week is $750.
