with fireplace. Couch also has pull out bed. Large fenced back yard
and large front yard. Full eat in kitchen with separate dinning room
and sun room. Private back patio with Mexican tile. Minutes to New
Smyrna beach with great surfing, boating and fun in the sun. Block
from the intercoastal waterway with free boat ramp and bike path.
Parks within 2 minute drive for the kids which includes raquetball
and basketball courts as well as tennis and volley ball court.
Close to church, shopping and grocery.

towels on premises. There is no phone as people use their cell phone. No internet is set up but can be if desired, but at renters expense.

vacation rental rates
weekly rental $500 off season and $750 for event weeks which include
biketoberfest, bike weeeks in March, Daytona 500 in February and pepsi 400 in July. $500 security
fee, more if there are pets and the number of people. This is returned
within 21 days of departure, providing there is no damage to the
property. A $500 nonrefundable deposit is required to hold the property. This is put toward your rent when you arrive.

Monthly rental is $1,000 excluding event week months and
depending on number of people in the house.The event months are October for bike weeks, February for Daytona 500 and March for bike weeks. Those months are higher depending on availability. July hosts Pepsi 400 and
those weeks are $750. Those wanting weeks not during events will pay regular price of $500 week. Non smokers preferred. There is no smoking indoors. There is a $75 cleaning fee for monthly rentals.
