Rates:
Weekly: $875 a week (additional nights prorated)
Monthly: $1,980
Deposits required: $100 non-refundable cleaning deposit, $400
refundable security deposit. Receipt of deposit holds the reservation. Rental fees are due in full 10 days prior to stay. Security deposits returned
within two weeks of departure. Security deposits are non-refunable in the event a reservation is cancelled.
