This 2nd floor condo features flat screen TVs with DVD players in both living room and bedroom, home theater, and internet with secured wi-fi. The bedroom has a Queen bed and there is a double murphy bed in the living area to accomodate additional guests.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances : stove, microwave, refigerator/freezer and dishwasher and is fully stocked with dishware, cookware and utensils.

The unit is also stocked with linen, towels, beach chairs and beach cabana/umbrella.

The unit is located close to washer/dryer facilities, close to the pool and 50 steps walk to the private beach.

Sun, Sea and Surf - South Hutchison Island has the quiet ambience of of a beach community yet has shopping, restaurants, entertainment, golf courses and other amenities within easy reach.

Villa del Sol is an intimate Oceanfront community with a large heated pool located on a beautiful sandy beach. It has good swimming and fishing. The pool has a covered pavilion, and there is direct beach access with a deck overlooking the ocean. There is a convenient fish cleaning station just off the beach.

The condo is located close by the washer/dryer facilities which are in the same building and has reserved parking

A convenience store, gas station, restaurants and post office are just across the street. The nearby township of Jensen Beach has a variety of restaurants. Major shopping, and the Treasure Coast Mall in the city of Port St Lucie 5-10 minutes further west.

There are several golf courses within 10 minutes drive.

Villa Del Sol is located on South Hutchinson Island. It has beautiful sandy beaches suitable for swimming, fishing, or just soaking up the sun.

Travel West across the Jensen Beach Causeway, and you are in the township of Jensen Beach, where there are a variety of restaurants. Proceed a 5-10 minutes further west and you are in the town of Port St Lucie where you will find the Treasure Coast Mall and major shopping.

Travel South from Villa del Sol, and you pass Joe's River Park, travel a little further and you can SCUBA dive or snorkel  at Bathtub beach or visit the town of Stuart with it's upscale "Key West" ambience, all within a 15 minutes drive.

North from Villa Del Sol you drive past numerous beaches to the city of Fort Pierce.

The Treasure Coast is a golfer's paradise. There are courses for all levels of golfers including several within 10 minutes drive of Villa Del Sol. A favorite is Eagle Marsh  which is just 10 minutes away. For golfers  who would like to explore the broader area there are  numerous courses including Championship courses, some designed by some of golf's better known designers within 30-40 minutes drive.

There are a number of State Parks within a short driving distance. A favorite is Jonathan Dickenson State Park approximately 30 minutes drive South which teems with wildlife.The Loxahatchee, Florida's first federally designated Wild and Scenic River, runs through the park and is great for canoeing or taking a river cruise.

For those interested in using Hutchinson Island as a base to explore Southern and Central Florida, Miami, Orlando's theme parks, and the Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral are all within 2 1/2 hours drive.

Nov 1 - Dec 31:  $1,950.00 per month (plus tax)

Jan 1 - Apr 30:  $2,200.00 per month (plus tax)

May 1 - Oct 31:  $1,100.00 per month (plus tax)

Deposit: 50% due at time of booking. Payment in full 1 month prior to rental

Payment: Check, wire transfer or paypal are accepted. If paypal payments are made using a credit card then a 3% transaction fee will be added

Discounts:  Discounts available for multi-month and long term rentals

Lease Term:  1 month minimum   In addition to the rental fee, there will be a refundable deposit due at the time of occupancy.  A cleaning fee of $100 will be deducted from the refundable deposit at the end of the lease term.  The condominium association requires a parking permit and charges $50 for this.  

Cancellation Policy:  If you cancel at least 30 days in advance and the unit is re-rented for the full term, your Deposit will be refunded in full.
