premier spot on the island, adjacent to Captiva Pass. You can clean your catch
at the dock’s cleaning station and grill it right outside. Or jump in your private
golf cart and roll down to Barnacle Phil’s for a cold beer and a fish taco,
hike out to the nature preserve where the tortoises barely glance at you, or
lounge on your private beach with a novel and a frozen beverage. Head down to
the North Captiva Island Club, included with your stay, and enjoy one of the
two pools, the clay tennis courts, the pool bar and grill, or a complimentary
kayak or bike ride. This is the island to come to for relaxation, and this is
the house to do it in. Watercolors cottage lies within 100 feet of the water,
and the views are simply stunning.

This old-style Florida home has two bedrooms, two bathrooms,
and a queen-size pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The master bedroom has a
king-size bed with a private bath, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Large-screen
high def television with satellite and Blu-ray, complimentary wireless
internet, fully equipped kitchen, gas grill outside, and of course, the hammock
in which everyone falls asleep the minute he or she lies down. Bathrooms and
bedrooms totally remodeled in fall 2012 with high-definition televisions.
