Beautifully modern ocean view home located across the street from
the beach and easy beach access in the quiet heart of Arch Cape
(about 4 miles south of Cannon Beach) You are close enough to enjoy
the fun,restaurants and shopping of Cannon Beach and Seaside and
still have your own private beach for walking and beachcombing.
Enjoy your morning coffee watching the ocean from the full second
story deck with BBQ or perhaps curl up with a good book by the cozy
fireplace in the comfortably furished living room. The living/dining,
kitchen and bathroom areas are on the upper level and provide
stunning views of ocean and forest/mountains.

The living area is spacious and tastefully decorated with HD Flat
screen TV with built-in DVD, cable TV,wireless highspeed internet
access, VCR, CD with IPOD docking/Stereo woodburning stone
fireplace. Well-equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher,
microwave,appliances and lots of dishware and cookware for a "home
away from home".
The lower level of this bright & sunny beach house provides three
bedrooms with comfortable beds (one King bed, one queen bed and one with
bunk beds) a second full bathroom, laundry room with washer and
dryer, iron, and ironing board. A new, comfort designed queen sofa
sleeper will accommodate sleeping arrangements for up to 8 persons.
The house is immaculately cleaned before every guest arrives. We
have received many comments such as "We felt immediately at home and
welcome."
Carol with Care manages our property. She will furnish
keys, clean and inspect the home before your
arrival and provide other convenient services.
We supply all linen, towels, table linen,paper, soap, cleaning
supplies, wood for fireplace, basic kitchen spices, cards, DVDs,
VCRs, puzzles and some family games too!

Arch Cape has a great walking beach that is across a quiet street
from the beach house, with beach access to nearby Hug Point State
Park with wonderful caves and waterfalls to explore. If you watch
the tides, you can walk all the way to Cannon Beach! There are five
state parks nearby. The area has fishing, clamming, crabbing,
hiking,surfing, shopping, restaurants, art galleries, golfing in
Manzanita,theatres and historic visitation sites. Visit Cannon
Beach chamber of commerce to get a listing of activities, and
forecasts of tides and weather.

Summer/Holiday Rates apply from Mid-June to Mid-September,
Thanksgiving, Christmas eve through New Years and other major
holidays- $245/night Weekly minimum stay is required in July and
August
Value season rates apply Mid March through Mid June and September 16 to October 31st. $195/night
Winter season rates apply November 1 to Mid March $175/night Winter
special -every third night free based on paying 2 nights at the
value season rate (holidays do not apply)
7th night free on all weeks except July and August. $120
cleaning+$200 refundable damage deposit.
