"Twin Lakes" Come Play!!! in Traverse City

Enjoy the unsurpassed beauty and exclusive use of two private, spring-fed lakes at our Twin Lakes Cottage...come on, break free from the "big city"! 

Two boats and a canoe are provided to take full advantage of the lakes, as well as two marked trails (a 1 mile trail, and a 2 mile trail) to explore, hike, snowmobile or cross country ski on.  Bring your camera and capture the woods filled with wildlife four seasons a year.

We`ll provide the boats, swimming area, and trails around both lakes....

....you just pack your bags!

This cottage features a queen size bed in the master bedroom; 2 twin size beds in the second bedroom, as well as a sofa sleeper in the living room for additional sleeping.  One large bathroom (linens included) sits by both bedrooms.

The large living room has wonderful views of the lakes, and displays the wonderful sunlight that nature provides.  An all season room sits "waterfront" with large windows.  The kitchen opens into the dining area and is stocked with all of your basic cooking items.

Two grills are provided for grilling the Bass, Perch and Blue Gill caught that day on your lake.

The area hosts many activities; including the National Cherry Festival, The Horse Show By The Bay and other local festivals, Michael Moore`s Film Festival, arts and craft shows, concerts in the park, casino`s, wineries, Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes (a must), performances at the widely acclaimed Interlochen Center for the Arts and the Opera House; you`re certain to stay busy.

Enjoy fishing charter boats, catamaran sunset cruises, para-sailing (for those who are brave), jet ski rentals, hot air balloon rides, our local markets, cherry picking (and other fruits depending upon the season), and hiking trails.

Looking to golf? Perfect area for that! Fantastic golf courses surround Traverse City. Fishing? Look no further. Shopping? How about a large mall, outlet mall, and amazing local shops to find that special treasure. The dining is also fabulous, and we have amazing local chefs that prepare meals that you`ll want to tell your friends and family about (as you`re looking out at the reflection of the water, or dining by sunset).

Additional services may be added to your experience....how about a personal chef, daily (or every 2 days) housekeeping/turn down service,  transportation/limousine, private spa services at the home, yacht rentals, and/or any additional services requested to our concierge service. Seasonal 2012/2013 Rates:

September 23 - May 18 $150/day (2 night minimum), $600/week

May 19 - June 15 $200/day (2 night minimum), $1200.00/week

June 16 - August 18 $1300.00/week (Sunday to Sunday only please)

August 19 - September 15 $225/day (2 night minimum), $1200.00/week

Monthly rate during October - June $750.00 per month (applies to longer term lease).
