Newly Renovated, clean unit. One bedroom contains 2 bunk beds to accomodate 4 growing children. The other bedroom has a queen size bed. The sofa rolls out to accomodate 2 additional guests. This unit will accomodate up to 8 guests. A brand new, fully equipped electric kitchen, which includes refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee-maker,toaster. 1 full size bath. washer -dryer. cable TV, Wii console, free WIFI, DVD, private deck.

$200.00- refundable security deposit and a $75.00 NON-refundable cleaning fee
Cancelations- Must be made within 30 days prior to arrival / Refund subject to 1/2 of booking fee.
