When I pass to heaven, this is what I expect it will be., a little bit of Paradise, a WOW! house, ocean views in every room, new everything, grill on the deck, fresh fish and lobster just down The Road, porches to relax on when I'm lazy, a salt pond to kayak on when I'm not, and WiFi.  Thank you for thinking 'if I build it, he will come.'  I did!

Location:  Charlestown Beach, Rhode Island, USA by Westerly RI, Providence TF Greene Airport, near to casinos, Old Mystic Seaport, Stonington & New London...w/ Jamestown & Newport an easy drive up Rte.1.

Accommodations:  All new, recently built 2-Story WATERFRONT HOUSE, 2 master suites + convertible queen-sized sofa, sreen porch, 3 1/2 Baths.  Sleeps 4-6 easily, parking for 4 cars (so no Beach Pass necessary), filtered water from private cistern under house, decks on both floors off every room.  No pets, no smoking inside house please.

Front view is more sandy beach and less foliage after Sandy.
