This cute non smoking cottage is located in the heart of the Matlacha historic district. You can walk to restaurants, bars, art galleries, gift shops, bait shops, the post office, and a community park with a boat ramp. Or you can just sit and relax in the backyard and watch the fish jumping and the ospreys nesting. It sits on a canal that is a minute to the open water. You can enjoy boating, fishing and kayaking in your own backyard. Matlacha pass and Pine Island Sound are well known for its outstanding fishing.

The cottage consists of three attached rooms that are connected by a small hallway with one step. The first room is a living room with a TV and a DVD player. It leads to an outdoor covered patio area with a view of the canal. The second room is a recently restored vintage trailer. It has a full kitchen, a dining area, a sleeping area with a closet and a queen size bed. The third room has a bathroom with a large stall shower, a laundry area with a washer and dryer, a dresser, and a twin bed. It also has access to wireless internet.

Matlacha is a quaint little Key West style village. When you arrive in Matlacha you are greeted with a sign that proclaims "Island time begins here." You feel like you are in another world, yet it is close to major shoping areas and many of the attractions Southwest Florida has to offer.

May - November ----- $400. per week $1200 per month
May - November --- 2 or more months $900. per month ( Includes utilities)
Cleaning fee is included.
A $250. Reservation/security deposit is required to confirm reservation. Refundable after check out if there is no damage.
50% Of the rent is due 2 Months prior to check in.
Remainder of rent plus 11% sales/tourist tax is due at check in.
Payment in personal or cashiers check.
