Two bedroom Condo on the river 3 minutes to Schlitterbahn! in New Braunfels

Located on the beautiful Comal River in historic New Braunfels Texas
unit #113 is a non-smoking 2 bedroom 2 bath fully furnished unit
with a very wide balcony! This unit easily sleeps 6 having 2 queen
size beds and a queen sleeper sofa. It comes complete with cable TV, wireless internet access and all needed amenities including an oven, full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, toaster oven, dish washer, kitchen
utensils, pillows, linens and bath towels. For our extended stay
guests there are laundry facilities and even a fireplace for our
Winter Texans to enjoy!

The park like setting at River Run has over 400 feet of river
frontage. What a great place to sun bathe by the river or enjoy the
sunset! There are picnic tables, Bar-B-Que pits, horse shoe pit, a
basketball sport court, hot tub, and for our extended stay guests
there are laundry facilities. There are 2 tube rental companies
right outside our gate. You can get your tube from them and enjoy a
leisurely float down the river and they will even bring you right
back to the complex.

Our tubers paradise is located right across the river from Prince Solms park where you will find the famous tube shoot, our guests coming for river fun will
enjoy staying on the Comal River and being just minutes from the
Guadualupe River as well. Our guests will find Schlitterbahn, Landa
Park, Wurstfest, Public Golf, Gruene Hall in Historic Gruene TX and
numerous restaurants and stores just minutes away. Prime and Tanger
outlet Mall in San Marcus TX is only 15 minutes away! You can walk
to Wurstfest and the downtown square in Historic New Braunfels.
There you will find Naegelin's Bakery (one of the oldest in Texas),
numerous antique stores, coffee and more!

Off Season nightly rate is $130.00 (Only until Memorial Day!)
Seasonal rate (2 night minimum) weekends (Friday & Saturday)
including Wurstfest nightly is $220.00. Rates are subject to change. The correct rate will automatically display when you make your reservation or please feel free to call!
