We are located on the crystal clear Comal River in historic New Braunfels Texas unit #113 is a non-smoking 2 bedroom 2 bath fully furnished condo with a very wide balcony! This unit easily sleeps 6 adults having 2 queen size beds and a queen sleeper sofa. It comes complete with cable TV, free wireless internet access and all needed amenities including an oven, full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, toaster oven, dish washer, kitchen utensils, pillows, linens and bath towels. For our extended stay guests there are aundry facilities and even a fireplace for our Winter Texans to enjoy!

The park like setting at River Run has over 400 feet of Comal River frontage. Jump in & float for about 20 to 30 minutes (depends on river flow) and you are in hte famous Comal River Tube Chute! This is a great place to sun bathe by the river or enjoy the sunset! We have picnic tables, Bar-B-Que pits, basketball sport court and for our extended stay guests there are laundry facilities. There are 2 tube rental companies right outside our gate. Rent your tube from them and enjoy a leisurely float down the river and their shuttle will even bring you right back to the complex.

We are 3 minutes to Schlitterbahn! Our tubers paradise is located right across the river from Prince Solms park next door to Texas Tubes and across the street from Landa Tubes. We are just upstream from the famous Comal River tube chute. Our guests coming for river fun will enjoy staying on the Comal River and being just minutes from the Guadualupe River as well. Our guests will find Schlitterbahn, Landa Park, Wurstfest, Public Golf, Gruene Hall in Historic Gruene TX and numerous restaurants and stores just minutes away. Prime and Tanger outlet Mall in San Marcus TX is only 20 minutes away! You can walk to Wurstfest and the downtown square in Historic New Braunfels. There you will find Naegelin's Bakery (the oldest in Texas), numerous antique stores, gourmet coffee, fine dining and more!
