the Living Room and Master Bedroom, with the beach just minutes away.

the laundry room and bathrooms including the shower/steam room. 
Matching granite counter tops in Kitchen and Bathrooms with
European wood cabinetry. Ten Foot ceilings with recessed lighting 
and nine foot doors.

The house has an open plan ground floor : the kitchen has access from
the extra wide garage with electric doors, electric gates and keyless
entry. In the kitchen there is travertine marble flooring, ten foot
ceilings, double granite counter tops, stainless steel dishwasher, 
fan oven, microwave and refrigerator/freezer, two sinks with garbage
