vacation rental description
Beautiful 2200 sq ft waterfront home with three bedrooms and two baths. Great neighborhood close to beach and directly on the inter coastal waterway. Walk to beach or fish from your private dock. Nice park and playground for children closeby. Bring your clothes and toothbrush, everything else is provided including two hobie kayaks (at boat launch and rafts for the beach). Two queen and one King in master. Pack and play and walker available for infants. The view from the sunporch includes the Don Cesar Hotel, one of St Pete Beach's historical landmarks. When you wake up in the master, you also have a view of The Don. Since we purchased this home last fall we have put in totally new kitchen with gorgeous granite, new driveway, all new terra cotta tile flooring,roof, brand new laundry inside home (instead of garage!)and have completely redone the rest of the house. It was a labor of love. We love this house and plan on keeping it "in the family" forever. We hope you enjoy sharing it with us.

St Pete Beach's gorgeous beaches are a stroll away. The dock at the house on 97 ft of frontage allows fishing or sunning from your favorite lounge chair. Sunsets can be enjoyed from the beamed sunroom that gives 180 degree views. Wonderful restaurants of all varieties available within walking distance or drive. We have never spent a day at this home that we have not seen 2-6 dolphins and pelicans and egrets. Sometimes manatees show up at the dock! Enjoy 3 flat screen TVs. Beach chairs and beach toys too! This home actually has 2 master bedrooms, both waterfront.

St Pete Beach was named the most beautiful beach in the world! And only a 5-minute walk. Plenty of parking at public beach if you prefer to drive. Orlando attractions 90 minutes away. Busch Gardens in Tampa is 35 minutes away. Beach, boating, fishing, museums, parasailing all in the neighborhood. This truly is Paradise and my family has been blessed to live here for the past 32 years.
