This luxurious home in Destin’s premier gated seaside community is a favorite return destination for family vacations. Located on the gulfside of Old Highway 98 (Scenic Gulf Dr.) between Sandestin and East Pass, Destiny-By-The-Sea features easy access to the beach.

Only 50 yards to the pool and hot tub, and 100 yards to our private beach, the Sea Princess is convenient to the best restaurants, shopping and recreation. Privacy is an option in the 3 story, 3,000 sq. ft. of luxurious living space featuring 3 tiled balconies providing magnificent gulf, lake, and sunset views.

You will be pampered with upscale furnishings including a gas fireplace, built in sound system inside and out, and a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and breakfast bar. In the evening, relax with a cool drink and watch the sun set on the side deck with covered bar area and built-in stainless steel gas grill, sink, and refrigerator. There is a whole house water purification system, and outdoor shower (hot and cold water), leading to fully equipped laundry room.
