Welcome to Villa Royale! Located in the charming neighborhood of Frangista Beach, Villa Royale is situated close to the great shopping and dining the area has to offer. This gorgeous gulf front rental offers majestic views from three levels of balconies. Villa Royale features 2,400 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a private elevator for easy access to all floors. On the first floor you can grill out and relax next to your own private splash pool that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico.  There is a king bedroom with a television and private full bathroom. There is also a bunk bedroom that is perfect for the kids! This room has three sets of twin bunk beds along with a television.

The second floor features a very tastefully decorated living area with a large television for entertaining. This area leads out to the roomy second floor balcony, perfect to watch the breathtaking sunset. The beautiful kitchen overlooks a spacious dining room table with seating for six. There are also two stools at the convenient breakfast bar. You can also find a queen bedroom with a television and private full bathroom.

The third floor features two additional bedrooms. One is a queen bedroom with a television and private bathroom. The second is the master suite which features a television, large private bathroom, and spacious private balcony with the best view in the house!
