Each room has a door and a closet for full privacy. There is an air bed for the 5th person. You can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, flat LCD TV, cable & Internet as well as AC and central heat. We supply Hair dryer, ironing board, a coffee maker, bed linen and towels. 

The apartment is located on 68th St. and First Avenue in an elevator building, 8 min. walking from the subway stop (6 train on 68th St. and Lexington Avenue)The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, full of restaurants, cafes and bars.

You also have across to the bus on the next block, which takes you all the way to the west side through central park without the need to change subways. We are 9 min walking distance to the F train which can take you to 42nd Street.

The rate is for 2 people per night

There is a $15.00 per night for each additional person.

There is an additional one time Cleaning fee of $75.00.

We Collect a deposit of $350.00 in cash due upon arrival.
