The house has a Private Elevator plus 2 staircases to all levels.
The whole 3rd floor is the beautiful master suite with California King and quality linens, a 76 inches big screen TV, a walk-in closet, a huge master bath with jetted jacuzzi tub, separate oversized shower, and two double sinks.
2nd floor has an oversized bedroom with a King bed, and the third bedroom which has a queen bed. These two bedrooms have direct access to a full travertine bathroom. Also on this floor there is the fourth bedroom which has two twin beds, and another separate full bathroom. Towards the front of the house on this floor there is a huge family room with plasma TV and tropical ceiling fans, large deck/balcony with patio furniture where you can watch the sun rise over the ocean and sunset behind Catalina Island at night.
1st floor has a gourmet kitchen appointed with Viking, Bosch and KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and custom cabinetry, LCD plasma TV, a formal dining room and a living room with exquisite decors.
The house has stereo surround sound throughout, three gas fireplaces, laundry room, four car tandem garage, extra long 22' driveway, and plenty off street parking,
