Casa de Rosa is a lovely and spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath home situated directly on the ocean inlet with panoramic water views! The large backyard features a 9x18 heated pool with brick paved patio with plenty of pool furniture and a separate Jacuzzi spa. The double dock can accommodate 2 boats easily and has whips to secure a larger boat. Water and 110 at the dock. Thre is a bait freezer for your bait and filets, nice gas grill and a new smoker to cook your catch and a covered deck for dining outdoors.
Inside is a spacious living area with cable TV, DVD player and a dining table to seat large groups. The well-equipped kitchen features a bar and table and chairs.
Master suite is on the water side with king bed. There is a smaller second master with king, third bedroom has a double bed and 4th 2 twins that can be converted to another king. There is a pull-out sofa in the living room. Sleeps 10.
5 cable TVs, Hi-speed internet with wifi, washer/dryer, cetnral air, this home has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation on Key Colony Beach! Comes with Cabana Club pool and beach club as well! Enjoy the complementary double kayak!
