May 1 - June 26 $1000/week
June 26 - July 31 $1200/week (July 3-10 $1500)
July 31 - December 31 $1000/week (xmas week $1500)
Other Important Information:
- Additional: 12% tax, $100 cleaning fee and $400 refundable security deposit
- Weekend/nightly rates available upon request for September - December excluding holiday weeks
- Weeks book from Saturday to Saturday with some flexibility for off season weeks.
