Other Important Information:

• Additional: 12% tax, $100 cleaning fee and $400 refundable damage deposit
• Weekend/nightly rates available upon request for September - December excluding holiday weeks
• Weeks book from Saturday to Saturday with some flexibility for off season weeks.
