The condo has a large belcony out the  bedroom with the bed facing the ocean ,pool is heated in winter to 82 degrees and there is a securety door at the front of the building

 
Only three blocks to resturants, stores and shops on flager street and a Seven-Eleven 2 block away

King size bed in master bedroom with make up counter and shower bathroom,two twin beds in guest room.

Open kitchen, two full baths, eight foot sliding
glass doors in bedroom and in living room, very private room, pool
is heated in the cool season, two tv's, stereo, sofa bed, large
closets, cable tv,all dishes toster coffee maker pots pans glass
ware ice maker etc all to enjoy your stay.sorry no phone provided but cel phone works great the
complex does have wireless internet in the common area inside

as much to do as you desire or sit back and enjoy the ocean at the
pool side, sit on the beach at the ocean or enjoy it all on your private patio

heated pool in winter month 82 degree 525.00 and up per week, 1500 and up per month florida taxes
apply to all
rentals, multi months/weeks also
available with discounts most weeks and months start and end on
saturdays but we can always make exceptions to what day your week
starts and ends,
expect more when you pay more this unit may be more than others but it is clean and
beautiful,greatly discounted with 6 plus month rentals, has a garage with storage but must rent at
least one month
