stay in Santa Barbara. This home features two balconies,
and spacious patio living to help you take full advantage of the
mild coastal climate. This home will accommodate up to ten people
with a queen bed in the master bedroom, queen size beds in two
bedrooms, bunk beds in one bedroom, and a full size bed in the
fifth bedroom.
Just five minutes to Downtown, ten minutes to the beach, and five
minutes to La Cumbre Mall. Trailhead to the mountains located 1/2
mile away. Walking distance to Gelson's market, Trader Joe’s, Coffee
Bean and Tea Leaf, several parks, and over 10 restaurants.

Oversized Jet Tub in master bath, Cable TV, DVD, VCR, Gas Fireplace,
Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Cookware, Washer and Dryer,
