This classic beach home sits on a large lot with easy access to a wonderful trail to the beach! You can see the historic Yaquina Head Lighthouse from the trail and the beautiful beach below!

The beach trail is moderately difficult but it is easily managed by most. Due to the residential nature of the neighborhood, there are usually not many if any people on the sandy beach below and it is full of rock formations and tidal pools that are a naturalist's dream come true! You can check out starfish and sea anemones as well as whales and sea lions on certain days.

The house is cozy and comfortable, offering 3 bedrooms with enough beds for the whole family. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a full size futon and has a lot of windows so it lets in a great amount of natural light. It is also a great place to watch a sunset over the trees. The second bedroom features a full bed and a balcony overlooking the backyard. It also has a TV and a DVD player so you can doze off to a new movie. The third bedroom has a twin bed and a full bed so it is set up nicely for the kids. All three bedrooms are on the second story along with the main bathroom which has a tub and shower with a skylight above to help you wake up in the morning.

The lower level of the home features the main living space. There is a spacious living room with beautiful hardwood flooring and a cable TV and DVD player. There is also wireless internet throughout the house for those who need to work while away or explore some new dining options along the coast. The home features a dining room with seating for 6. It is adjacent to the kitchen which is fully stocked so it is equipped for you to prepare any meal you'd like.

The home is on a nice large lot with gorgeous trees and hedges which provide privacy. It is about 10 yards from the start of the beach trail which winds down the side of the bluff for about 1/4 of a mile to the sandy beach below. You are treated to excellent views of the lighthouse and the ocean as you wind down the trail.
