Sunkist Cottage, on beautiful Anna Maria Island - Our 3 Bedroom/2 Bath private home has a new HEATED Pool. We enjoy a quiet neighborhood setting with a large outdoor deck area, which overlooks the pool. It is ideal for grilling & outdoor dining. Sunkist Cottage is a short walk from the beach & is even closer to the free island trolley. A great playground overlooking the Intercoastal Waterway, is just a block north with swing sets, basketball courts & more. Our house sleeps up to 10 comfortably. Pets & kids are welcome!

You feel the stress melt away, as you enjoy the lush palms, warm sunshine, and colorful surroundings. This is the best place to enjoy barbequing meals, the morning paper, or happy hour. The sun porch is a great place to unwind with a good book.

We Love Sunkist Cottage! You Will Too!: Enter Sunkist Cottage through the tropical pool grounds. You feel the stress melt away, as you enjoy the lush palms, warm sunshine, and colorful surroundings. The sun porch is a great place to unwind with a good book.The lounge is centrally located between the kitchen & dining room & provides a relaxing place to chat with friends. Enjoy movies or games in the living room, with its new, wall-mounted, flat screen HD TV. Each bedroom is equipped with its own new, wall-mounted, flat screen HD TV. Bedroom 1 has a comfy king-sized bed, with a large closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed with a dressing table. Bedroom 3 has two single beds and a bunk - - enough space for 4 people to sleep comfortably. The pool/beach bath has a door opening off the pool area, right next to the outdoor hot/cold shower. The extra large closet in this bath, houses a variety of pool/beach toys & chairs.
Our Beautiful Beach!: Our beach has beautiful white sand and gentle waves. It is a very short walk - about 2 minutes from Sunkist Cottage. You will enjoy beachcombing and swimming in the warm gulf waters. Swim out to the reef to see colorful fish, shells & coral. Anglers will enjoy surf-fishing, from the beach. Lots of fish are closeby for you to enjoy catching.
