Mi Casa Del Mar sits in a semi secluded yet very convenient location between Akumal Bay and Half Moon Bay on the Caribbean. It is less than a 5 minute walk to either beach and the amenities found on such. This pristine location sits on the Caribbeans edge, and there is a fabulous view from every condo in the building. Many condos here do not choose to rent, so it is quiet and peaceful. The cobalt blue infinity pool is surrounded by lush green grass, something quite unusual for a condo in the area. At the water's edge are sandy areas and lots of places to explore the gifts of the sea.

This newer condiminium building is in one of the most beautiful parts of the Mexican Caribbean. For the traveler, it conveniently sits on the ocean between Akumal Bay and Half Moon Bay - both just a short walk away. Special features include a two layer infinity swimming pool and gorgeous landscaping above the Caribbean. This is paradise! While prices and ammenities here are for a typical 2 bedroom condo, we also host a 3BR penthouse and 1BR rentals are available in many seasons. Akumal is a charming, small, quiet resort that is centrally located to all the natural wonders that the Riviera Maya has to offer. Nearby restaurants and amenities are plentiful; yet the property is situated in such a way that it is very secluded and private. We have our 2 bedroom unit listed here, which is spacious and bright, with dramatic views of the Caribbean from all the main rooms.
The decor is in tropical Mexican brights. The ground floor unit has a walk out patio with grass surrounding it, and a two level infinity pool just steps beyond. It makes the perfect choice for a family with small children. The building is perfect for entertaining, especially for small groups.
Mi Casa Del Mar is tucked away between Akumal and Half Moon Bay, and although just steps away from either, is private and quiet. It is heaven on the Caribbean!
These are some of the nicest condos in the Akumal area, yet semi secluded and priced very reasonably.

Groups renting at Mi Casa Del Mar will be subject to a $500 security deposit per penthouse and a $300 security deposit per condo, plus a rental agreement for each unit.
