We welcome you to our wonderful, cozy, and comfortable pet friendly home at 1 Dutchman near circles 10-11.  The home has air conditioning and is on a corner lot with common areas on two sides.  It is located steps from the 30 miles of hiking and biking path and minutes from the new Aquatic & Recreation center due to open in May 2012.  There is hot tub that is always inviting during the summer or winter months.  The location is quiet and the home has a warm setting.

This enchanting Sunriver retreat has a nice living room with a fireplace, a 46" flat screen high definition TV and blueray DVD player and is open to the dining room and kitchen area.  A breakfast nook is off the kitchen.  There are warm pergo floors in the kitchen and entry and carpeting throughout the house.

An open stairway leads to the master suite with (1) king size bed, a walk in closet with a 40" high definition flat screen.  The second bedroom has (1) queen bed and the huge third bedroom has (1) queen bed and (1) set of bunkbeds and also a TV and VCR for the kids. 

There are 6 adult bikes and 2 children's 20" bikes along with helmets provided for your enjoyment.The home is situated steps from the hiking/biking trail that meanders throughout Sunriver and minutes from the new Aquatic & Recreation center.  This center hosts a large indoor pool and beach with multiple activity components for all ages, a large outdoor pool, a tot pool with adjacent sand play area, slide towers, a 15 person adult hot tub, a large pool deck and grass area, a banquet room, bike parking, a well appointed "living room" with a two sided fireplace, mens and women's locker roooms, a full basketball court and an outdoor amphitheater for special events.  A winter snow park with three individual runs with different degrees of difficulty (gentle to bomber fast) will be maintained with snow grooming equipment. 

The house has new living room furniture, new TV's, a new bar-b-que and patio furniture   There is wireless internet set up for your convenience and unlimited pool and recreation passes are provided for your stay.

There are 30 miles of hiking/biking, 26 tennis courts, 3 swimming pools, an ampitheater, music festivals, professional golf tournaments, a golf course, a landing strip for your airplane, the Deschutes river for fishing, restaurants, a village with a grocery store and plenty of parks and activites for the kids throughout the summer.  During the winter, the home is 18 miles from Mt. Bachelor for all you skiers.  Sunriver is 15 minutes from Bend, Oregon which has fabulous restaurants and shops
