The first floor master bedroom has many windows to feel the ocean breeze and listen to the waves. The home has 6 ceiling fans and 2 televisions including a 40” flat screen TV in the living room.

Amenities include a large Off-Street Parking Pad, Washer, Dryer, Oven and Microwave, Newer Kitchen, Leather Furniture, 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, a Large Rear Year, Mutiple Decks with Views of the Beach, Central Air, Lots of Deck Furniture, and an Outside Shower.  There is a handicapped accessible beach pavilion only steps away from the front door.

Rentals normally begin in May and extend through September.  Additional 3 night minimum rentals can be arranged in advance with the owner outside of the normal rental season.  Our peak season is July and August.
