For cancellations more than 45 days prior to arrival, there is no fee .  For cancellations 45 days to 30 days prior to arrival there is a fee of $50.00.   For cancellations 30 days to 14 days prior to arrival there is a fee of $100.00.  There are no refunds for cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival.
