Great Place for Gulf Coast Triathlon

We stayed at a different condo at the BoardWalk Beach Resort last year so we knew we liked the property. The building is very well maintained with lots of security guards who do their job in a very professional and courteous manner. We even noticed the beach area was better maintained compared to other areas in the vicinity. Our condo was nicely furnished (on-line photos are accurate) and had more room since it's on the end. We rented a different condo the previous year that also had 2 bedrooms and a third bunk room. This condo is larger and would have enough space for another adult. The owner was great to work with, the property was very clean and had "extras" that we didn't get from the previous rental, such as access to discounted beach chairs and other chairs + items for playing in the sand inside the unit.
I would highly recommend this condo to other families. The view from the balcony is phenomenal and has room outside the master bedroom to sit in addition to an area outside the main room.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway

Spring Break Trip

We had a great Spring Break trip to PCB. Sal and Billie are very easy to work with for reservations and are quick to respond to any questions. The location is very convenient to restaurants, Wonderworks, Ripleys, several mini golf courses/go-carts, Signal Hill golf course, Walmart, and LaVela/Spinnikers. Everything was in great shape and very clean in the condo. It also has a great view of the beach and pool area. I recommend adding the beach chair service. The chairs will have pads and umbrellas put out every day making your walk to the beach a lot easier.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway

Perfect place for Ironman and family vacation

My family (wife and kids 2 & 4) and close friends family (wife and kid 5) stayed here for the Ironman FL race. This was the perfect location to see the Ironman as well as be close to all the action. You even had a great view of the swim start from the balcony of the condo. My family enjoyed it since they could come up to the condo during the bike and run to take breaks. The condo is beautifully decorated and worked out perfect for the kids with the extra bunk room. Any problems or questions I had, Sal responded immediately. This was despite the fact that he was dealing with Hurricane Sandy in his hometown. I would highly recommend the condo.
