Vacation Rental Description

Located within Yonahlossee Resort and Club, a private and gated 
community just minutes from the historic Village of Blowing Rock in 
the heart of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains.  Yonahlossee is 
known for its elegant homes, its natural undisturbed setting, and 
its award-winning amenities that include indoor and outdoor tennis 
courts, indoor swimming pool, two fitness centers, sauna, and fine 
dining restaurant.

The inviting Great Room of this gracious mountain home features 
vaulted wood ceilings, a gorgeous dry-stack stone fireplace, and 
sliding glass doors that lead to an expansive deck.  The Dining Area 
with bay window easily seats groups of eight.

The spacious Kitchen is fully equipped and includes dishwasher, 
microwave, disposal, range and refrigerator.  There is also a cozy 
breakfast nook for that first cup of coffee. 

The Master Bedroom with king bed is located on the main floor.  The 
adjoining bath offers a circulating tub and double vanities.  Sliding
glass doors from the Master lead to the open deck.

A Guest Bedroom with queen bed is also located on the main floor.  A
full bath is just a short walk down the hall.  A second Guest bedroom
with two twin beds is located on the upper level.  A third full bath
with tub is also on the upper level.

fishing lakes, and scenic vistas is just 2.5 miles from Yonahlossee 
Resort and Club. Nearby attractions include Tweetsie Railroad, 
Grandfather Mountain, the Blowing Rock, Linville Falls, Linville 
Caverns, and Appalachian State University with year-round cultural 
and athletic events.


Penrith 136-2 is located just 2.5 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway
with its miles of hiking trails and scenic vistas.  The nearby
