A private pool that has no rear neighbors and the decks of the houses on either side cannot be seen from our pool deck.  It is one of the most private pools in Southern Dunes.  The solar heating makes sure the water is perfect for most of the year. Electric heat is available for the cooler months. The attached hot tub is a perfect way to end your day and unwind.

Our home was completely renovated and newly furnished in the Fall of 2011. There is nothing for you to bring but your golf clubs and bathing suit.

All upper bedrooms share a common bathroom that includes a shower/tub combination.

Daily - $135
Weekly - $950

Christmas/New Years - $1350/wk

All rates are in US dollars.

Minimum stay is 5 days.

There is no charge for cleaning if you stay 7 days or more.

A $250 deposit is required to hold your dates.

Electric Pool heat is optional (recommended October to April) and is an additional $25/day.  If you would like to enjoy the hot tub, electric heat is needed.

A security deposit of $250 will be added to all rentals.  This will be refunded within 30 days of your departure provided our management company reports no damage to the property.

If paying by Paypal or credit card a 4% convenience fee will be applied to the total.
