Model Home in Heron Creek Golf Development in Port Charlotte

This is a builder's model in Heron Creek, a beautiful home with top
of the line everything. Heron Creek is a gated community with
excellent facilities, located in North Port, about 100 miles South of
Tampa, and 50 miles north of Ft Myers. Living space is approximately
2400 sq ft.
It was built in 2003, an eight iron from the practice range, and has
a gorgeous pool,large lanai, and a soak(whirlpool)spa. Beautiful tile
and paint run througout the home. We purchased all of the artwork that
was in the model. A wide screen TV DVD,VCR and basic cable TV are
included. Relax in the pool or spa with your favorite cd or radio
station as there is a sound system with a built in cd player. Wireless
internet hookup is available.

router, all dishes, cookware, bedding, linens, towels, silverware,
coffee pot etc.
Heron Creek is 27 holes of awesome golf designed by Arthur Hills. Most
courses in the area, including Heron Creek are semi-private, meaning
you can play without a membership. (Members do get first dibbs on tee
times, but you can generally play a first rate course without a lot of
difficulty.)

Golf, shopping, beach, fishing, boating, all the standard Florida
activities. Tennis courts are also available at Heron Creek GC. Venice
Port Charlotte, Venice, and Punta Gorda have several fine dining
establishments, and there is great shopping in several nearby
communities. Heron Creek is 27 holes of great Arthur Hills designed
golf, and several other four star courses such as Riverwood and The
Venetian are within a few miles drive. Englewood beach is about
fifteen miles. Venice, Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda are 10-20 miles.

Minimum rental is one month. Rates are $3800 per mo for Jan,Feb,Mar,
and $3200 for Nov,Dec, April and May. Other months are available
on a long term rental basis and price is negotiable.
Rentals of more than three months will be discounted in price. You are
responsible for utilities. Internet cable hookup is available for
about 40 bucks a month. There is a wireless router in the home for
your use. Vonage hookup is also available.
