The home has the ideal location on a quiet neighborhood street in West Ketchum. Only four blocks from Main Street and a one-minute drive by car from River Run Ski Lodge and the NEW Gondola! Within walking distance to the center of town, restaurants, shopping and parks.
Enjoy the PRIVATE HOT TUB and the fantastic backyard views after a great day skiing or summer activity. Directly behind the fenced backyard gate is the community bike path that links the entire Wood River Valley (x-country skiing trail in the winter). Mature trees surround the property.
The fully appointed kitchen has an open feel with a gas top stove/convection oven, microwave, dishwasher and hardwood floor. The living room is very cozy with a gas log fireplace. A separate TV room with French doors allows those to enjoy viewing without disrupting those conversing. The living room has a sofa sleeper for additional guests. Bedroom #1 has a king bed with a TV. Bedroom #2 has two twin beds. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed. Bath #1 has a shower. Bath #2 has a shower/tub. The fully furnished basement rec room has a pool table, ping pong table, TV and drum set that await the young and young-at-heart.
