Beachfront Property & Detached Guest House - Toys & Internet in Ensenada

Our Beach House with Separate Guest House in Punta Banda is the
perfect rental. It is located on a beautiful sandy beach which is
about 30 minutes south of Ensenada and 2 hours south of the San
Diego border. It has plenty of toys for kids in all of us.

The Beach House has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 futon and 1
bathroom with tub and shower. Great views.

There is a detached guest house on the same property with 2 bedrooms, king bed in one and a separate bedroom with a bunk bed with trundle and 1 twin-sized pull out futon (rollaway bed available if preferred). The bunk bed room has a separate bathroom with a shower only. The other bathroom has a tub and shower.

It is great place to stay when you are traveling with a group of friends or families.

Both homes have brand new furniture and supplies and fully equipped kitchens. New stereos have been provided with 50 CDs to choose from or bring your own. The 32 inch satellite TV with movie channels and we have supplied a DVD library.

The bunk bed room has an X-box for the kids. Some games provided and about 30 different DVD's for kids

There is a large courtyard between the 2 homes which is enclosed by a wall giving you total privacy. There is an outdoor table with chairs and umbrella for outdoors dining. And a chiminea so you can sit in the courtyard at night around a fire if it is too windy for the outside firepit.

The garage has a washing maching and dryer and fun stuff that includes board games for all ages and beach stuff: boogie boards and fins, 2 surf boards. You can even find crayons and coloring books.

And the fisherman will enjoy the fishing poles and tackle provided. And how about a challenging game of ping-pong or table air- hockey?

If you don't want to eat out or cook on the stove,then how about using the charcoal barbeque. Or for a change you may want to roast some hotdogs in the firepit as you watch the sunset.

Choose to relax on this great beach, or on the patio overlooking the beach, or in the courtyard, or on the rooftop deck. In the morning watch the dolphins swim by or relax at night with your marguerita and checkout the big night skys which are filled with stars. You might even see the Milky Way,

There are lawn chairs, chaise lounges, beach chairs, and even a shade unit for you to use. We even provide your beach towels.

Go swimming, sun bathing, jogging, hiking, horseback riding or rent a panga boat for fishing on the water or take the poles in the garage and fish on the beach. Go shopping in LaBufadora about 7 miles away which is a well known tourist attraction known for the fabulous Blow Hole. Great prices on silver here and stop in LaHabana for food, the view--you might catch a glimse of a whale,

If you are looking for nightlife, fine restaurants, and upscale shopping go into Ensenada and have some fun.

During the night if there is a little chill, light a fire in the wood-burning stove. This is a great place to relax. We call it our little piece of heaven.

10 guest maximum for both homes (6 adults/teenagers and 4 small
children).

NO ATV's. Motorcycles or FIREWORKS allowed on beach.
