The prestigious Emerald Island Resort is situated on the west side of US 192 and is Disney area's most sought after destination for the more discerning holidaymaker. The secure gated community situated less than 3 miles from the gates of Disney is nestled on a lush green upland area completely surrounded by hundreds of acres of natural wetland and woodland habitat preserve.

This spacious home is situated in an extra large premium lot offering unrivalled privacy, peace and quiet with fantastic southerly facing views across the lake to the surrounding conservation habitat. You can watch wildlife, birds and otters playing in the lakes.

The pool area has been extended as far as possible toward the lake to allow ample room for all to enjoy the glorious Florida sun and incorporates a rock waterfall with lush green plants....a true tropical oasis. The area around the pool with the gentle sound of the falling waters is a great spot to relax which we add to every year.

Inside no expense has been spared on the very best furnishings and attention to detail throughout making this a truly amazing rental home. The dining and living room area and the main master bedrooms, with their opulent four poster beds, all have an elegant and formal style that is just lavish. The kitchen diner and family room however have a much more casual style that you can really kick back and relax in. Don’t get me wrong you can relax in all the rooms but these areas offer serious comfort and relaxation. The family room boasts rustic furniture and top grain leather sofas, the ultimate in leather and the perfect place to enjoy the Home theater with the large 50" Full HDTV. This system offers an amazing home cinema experience and a large library of DVDs and console games has been provided for rainy days or lazy evenings.

The ULTIMATE games room is complete with a 50" plasma screen for HD satellite sports viewing, air hockey, foosball and, most importantly, a Brunswick 8ft Pool/Billiard table with centennial ball and cue set. A serious table! Recently added were 4 x 32 inch HD screens complete with Xbox 360 games consoles system linked and online along with a selection of games.and 4 Pachinko pinball machines for yet more fun. Finished off with bar lights this room is a fun place to spend an evening with your family. Guests have commented that there is so much to do inside the villa that it will be difficult to spare time to visit Disney!

The villa has a compliment of four master bedrooms. These are all ensuite and have been furnished with king or queen four poster beds with pillow top quality bedding so luxurious its like sleeping on a cloud and you won’t want to go home. The three twin rooms each have an adjoining ensuite bathroom shared with one other room. Two of these bedrooms have been themed, the first with two single four poster beds in a white lacy style for the younger more discerning ladies in the party, and the other in a Cowboy and Indian style to suit the younger gentlemen of the group. The other twin room has been furnished with wooden sleigh beds in a neutral style that suits anyone. Televisions and media players are provided in each bedroom. The kitchen comes equipped with everything that you could possibly need for providing summer drinks or snacks, to catering for full scale dinner parties. We have catered for what we consider all eventualities but if you require something you feel may not be at the villa please ask and we will do our best to provide it if it isn’t already catered for.

Our intensive maintenance program ensures this home is kept to the very highest standard at all times. Amenities are being constantly being updated and replaced to provide you with the very highest quality accommodation experience money can buy in the Disney area. Extra cleaning takes place during your stay as well as the normal end of stay cleans undertaken by other rentals. We are now in our 6th year of renting and the place looks better than ever, we know what it takes to properly maintain this home so that each and every guest arrives to the same level of excellence and cleanliness that they expect. We don’t rent this every week of the year which allows us the time to maintain it properly. When we have enough rentals in place the remainder of the year is closed out so please book early to avoid disappointment. Reservations are taken on a purely first come first served basis.
