Lexington Country Club Carriage Home in Fort Myers

 

Just look at the view from the lanai (above), lots of birds,
frequent alligators sunning (as many as two at a time), and frequent
golfers hitting their drives (170 yards) to the par 3 14th green.
You can watch them tee off on the left and see where their balls
land in front of you and then watch them putt. What fun. Also a
lake is being planned to be built just across from the 14th hole
cartpath which will add to our beautiful view.

Lexington Country Club is a luxury, gated golfing community
located between Fort Myers and Sanibel Island (see map below).
It has an 18 hole championship golf course, 12 lighted tennis courts,
6 heated swimming pools, bocci ball, driving range, putting green,
chipping green,sandtrap practice area, biking trails (rentals
also) .

The Tiki Club is on the other end of the community which features a 5
acre lake (see photo below), olympic sized pool with large hot tub
(10x10), sand beach, exercise room, library, computer room,
bar, one mile jogging track around the lake. There are condos,
carriage homes, villas, and large estate homes, wide open spaces,
beautiful landscaping, and many lakes.

All the features you expect at a luxury country club. Formal
as well as casual dining, sports bar over looking the combined 9th
and 18th greens, many club functions, boat club, bridge clubs, you
name it. Close to the beaches and many outlet malls, much fine
dining as well as family fare. Boat rentals, fishing, sailing
rentals and lessons, gaming cruise boat, sunset cruises, boat to Key
West available locally. A nice place to be without the mad rush
of Naples.

The carriage home is 1854 sq ft with 330 sq ft garage (large enough
for auto, golf cart and some storage), 161 sq ft lanai looking out
over a lake and the par 3 14th hole (see photos 1 & 2). You can
watch golfers tee off towards you and then watch them putt a few
moments later.
Living room has TV-VCR, couch,living room chairs; kitchen has
microwave, dishwasher, bread maker, ice maker refrigerator. Master
bedroom has king sized bed, large (8x8) walkin closet for her and smaller
closet for him. Master bath has 2 basin counter and 12 ft mirror,
with large shower, jacuzzi, heat lamp in shower. Guest room
has queen sized bed, large den has trundle bed.
Washer dryer room. Store room. All ceilings are 9 feet.
