A security deposit of $200.00 check, money order or paypal will be required to reserve this 1 bedroom condo. 
Payment in cash upon Arrival. 
Security deposit will be returned to you in cash upon check-out, if the conditions of the apartment remain as when delivered and if no violation of the Condominium Regulations by the Renter and/or there Guest have been reported to the owners of the condo.

Refunds
In case of cancellation, owners must be notified at least 30
days prior to the date of the arrival to insure a full refund of your deposit. Otherwise the security deposit of $200.00 will be forfeited.
