Vacation Rental Description

Savor the ambiance of this luxury three-bedroom, three-full bath, 
beach-front condo having two master suites with king beds and one 
twin bed suite,located at Somerset Condominiums directly on the beach 
at South Collier Blvd. This is not your "average" rental unit. Your 
spacious,7th floor, private beach front terrace provides endless 
views of the beach in either direction.  Watch dolphins play and see 
beautiful Gulf of Mexico sunsets.  The "No. 1" master suite features 
a jacuzzi tub and separate shower and is located beachfront having 
direct access to the gulf-side terrace.  This spacious floor plan 
also includes a full kitchen with a separate walk-in laundry room 
equipped with washer and dryer, large breakfast bar, over-sized 
pantry, dining room, large living room and an "island side" terrace. 
Other amenities include plantation shutters, crown molding, Sony DVD 
entertainment system, and a color t.v. in each bedroom. This unit has 
central air and the decor is tropical having a "Tommy Bahama" 
type, "Key West" appearance. This is a non-smoking unit.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Somerset offers two (2) large swimming pools for your daily laps  
or for just leisurely sunbathing.  If you wish to play a round of 
tennis, two (2) courts are also available on-site. If you would 
like to collect shells while leisurely walking along Marco's 
pristine "white" sand beach or otherwise simply just sit
and "dreamily" watch the tide come and go, the Somerset sits on more 
land per acre than any other complex on the beach.  Entry to the 
property is gated and the building features both elevators and 
stairways.

A ground level beach locker is provided which is well equipped with 
beach lounge chairs and a (sun) umbrella.  For your convenience, over-
sized, luxurious designer beach towels are also provided.

Activities and Attractions

Although it may difficult to leave the “laid-back” lifestyle this 
luxury beachfront unit creates, those who venture out into the 
surrounding island area will find lots to do.  Dining experiences 
range from the lavish meal environment to a casual “come-as-you-are” 
atmosphere.  Several pick-up and go eateries having a “quaint” island 
atmosphere are also available.  Like fresh seafood? It doesn’t get 
any better than that from Marco Island’s Gulf of Mexico! Those 
looking for the perfect souvenirs will not be disappointed by the 
numerous shops and boutiques available.  Moviegoers enjoy a small, 
nearby theatre that serves snacks and meals at tables while latest 
features are shown.  Marco Island provides a unique “deep sea” 
fishing experience for every angler, and, if by chance another angle 
is preferred – golf – several magnificent courses are only a good 
(or, perhaps bad) shot away!
