Rural desert house with great views of the Tucson mountains and the

This unique home, recently renovated and nicely decorated is on the
corner of a small subdivision adjoining open desert and is just a few
miles from Tucson.
Come enjoy the tranquil beauty of the desert with all nature has to
offer.
Even though rural in it's setting, it is only a few minutes to
shopping and there is even city bus service, though only 4 times per
day.
Mexican tile floors throughout,
12 foot ceilings with ceiling fans throughout.
Wood stove for the cool desert nights.
Enjoy the indoor pond and fountain, go to sleep to the sound of
running water.

Note- This house has multiple levels of the floors, this house may
cause difficulty for some who have limited personal mobility. Please
ask if this is a concern.

2 Bedroom, 1 Bath, 1250 sq ft
Main Bedroom: Queen sized sleep-number bed, TV, desk, computer with
internet access.
Guest Bedroom: Full sized bunk bed, with cable, TV and VCR, and it is
a separate structure, so the occupant has lots of privacy.
Open Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen and Breakfast Bar, 2 futon sofa
beds in living room for extra guests.
Huge 7 foot by 3 foot, 18 inch deep custom bathtub
Central Heat and Wood stove for those cool desert nights
Evaporative cooling for those summer days. Plus AC units in the
bathroom and guest bedroom

Saguaro National Monument - West is 15 minutes away.
Mission San Xavier Del Bac is about 15 minutes
Kennedy Lake city park is 10 minutes.
Hiking opportunities abound, just start walking.
2 Casinos within a 15 minute drive.
Nogales Mexico is only an hour south for your gift shopping.

September through November - $600 per week, $1100 for 2 weeks,$2000
per month. Minimum stay 1 week (7 days). May extend at daily rate of
$100 per day.

December through April - $700 per week, $1300 for 2 weeks, $2400 per
month. Minimum stay 1 week (7 days). May extend at daily rate of
$110 per day.

May through August - $500 per week, $900 for 2 weeks,$1600 per month.
Minimum stay 1 week (7 days). May extend at daily rate of $85 per day.

Refundable Security deposit of $500 required before booking
Refundable Pet deposit $100 per pet depending on any damages.

I reluctantly accept PayPal for the advance payment of the deposit and
prefer checks or money orders or cashier checks as form of
payment as long as checks clear at least a month before the start of
the rental reservation.
The payment for the rental will be due and payable in full when
checking in and will be in some form of certified funds, or paid in
advance. I have had trouble with PayPal payments due to their holding
payments for no reason and freezing my PayPal account for over 2 weeks
so it was not available for me to use. Since the account was not
available for me to use, I lost business and could not even use it to
make purchases. I recommend not using PayPal for any critical
business application. You will eventually regret it if you do. That
being said, if you need to use PayPal we can try it.

Cancellation policy - cancellations at least 30 days prior to the
start of the reservation period will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 15-29 days prior to the start of the reservation period
will receive their full refund less a $100.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the
reservation period will not be refunded their deposit.
