La Perla luxury residential complex located in North Miami, Sunny Isles Beach, FL is right on the private beach on the famous Collins Avenue and just minutes away from various restaurants and shops that makes it possible to live comfortably in our complex without owning a car. Our apartment features HIGH-CEILING spacious areas with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ALL WITH DIRECT OCEAN VIEW, marble floors (that makes time spent in the apartment more relaxing in tropical hot days), open and fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and 2 balconies with wonderful direct ocean-front views.
