tub and relax afterwards in the steam shower. This fabulous home has
been completely renovated and is located in the desirable Sunnyside
area (1.5 miles from downtown Tahoe City). It is beautifully
decorated and is perfect for two couples or a small family who want
a mountain retreat with all the modern luxuries.
It is a nice sunny property with some wonderful forest views
including seasonal aspens in the fall. You will also enjoy the
private beach association that is offered with this home which
includes: Two piers, beach, grass, BBQ's, volleyball, horse shoes
and new children's play area. There is also a private office for
those that need to do a little work with desk space and DSL. Also, a
separate heated room for boots and skis.
Master Bedroom: Ca King log bed, pine furniture and down bedding.
Bedroom Two: New log bunk bed with a full on the bottom and twin on
top, down bedding & pine furniture.
