NO PARTIES - This is not a party house.  The Renter must be 25 years of age to book this Vacation Rental.  Any special occasions such as weddings, receptions, family reunions or increase of occupants (guests not registered on registration form) must be disclosed at the time the reservation is made and is subject to Owner's advanced approval. Prom parties, fraternity or sorority parties and graduation parties are not allowed at any time.  Adults cannot rent property on behalf of underage guests, no exception.

This home is a 'vacation and Corporate Executive' home and it is strictly forbidden to use it as a loud music, drinking, party house. Unreasonable noise in the courtyard, or home anytime will results in either the police being called or neighbors calling the owner.

We also can provide you airport Car service from IAD (Dulles), DCA (Reagan), BWI (Baltimore) airport. Please inquire. Please provide us with exact number of guests, number of luggage, and arriving airport for accurate proposal.

Please note that due to the fact that sleeping preferences of individuals are different, we will never presume to inform our clients if the number of guests they have in their party will fit our unit sizes. We merely provide our clients with the sq.ft of the unit, number of beds available in each unit, number of bathrooms, and pictures of the unit. It is our guests' responsibility to determine if our unit is suitable to their preferences and if the unit is adequate for their number of guests. The maximum number of guests mentioned in our ad is based on the past guests stay and it is not indicative of individual preferences. We do offer additional units in the same building in case you require more space for your party as well.
