Vacation Rental Description

Enter our home through the front door into our entrance hall. To the 
left you are greeted by a cozy living room and a peek into our 
formal dining room with glass pocket doors, that looks out into our 
screen enclosed, in-ground, heated, (BY HEAT PUMP), swimming pool 
and 
covered patio. Walk straight ahead down the hall into the sunlit 
family room with a casual dining area, which opens out into the pool 
area. To the left you will see our kitchen, with dishwasher, 
microwave and pass through window that opens onto the pool area. The 
home also includes a master bedroom suite with sliding glass doors 
to 
the pool & master bath with walk in shower and walk-in closets. If 
you are expecting guests, the home includes 2 guest bedrooms (all 
with TVs) and a second full bathroom that also opens out to the pool 
area. Our home is ready for your use. It includes a 2VCR/DVDs & 4 
TVs 
(family room & all bedrooms),Stereo CD/Cassette/Radio, pretty 
linens, 
towels, nice china, pots and pans, a great gas grill and most 
everything else you might need while on your vacation. Just pack 
your 
clothes and head on down. If you have a boat(or rent a boat)you can 
use our water front dock at our back door. Parking at our dock will 
give you and your boat access to the Gulf of Mexico (no locks or 
lifts), great fishing (we supply poles), water skiing and sunset 
views. We supply 2 bicycles to help you explore and we are just ten 
minutes by car to Cape Coral Beach,golf, theater and shopping……so 
come on down and enjoy paradise!
