JUST 150 FEET from a beautiful 6-mile Caribbean beach, with adjacent gorgeous, landscaped swimming pool, 50 minutes by major highways from San Juan and San Juan airport, in Palmas Del Mar, a gated, safe and secure resort. The condo unit - Beach Villa 160 - is a beautifully decorated (in Caribbean style, with Laura Ashley fabrics, fine sheets, and plenty of plush bath & beach towels) condo, 2,300-square-foot, four bedrooms, 3 bathroom (including private loft bedroom with its own bathroom), air-conditioned with 25-foot high ceilings, beautiful views, in Palmas del Mar -- a 3,000-acre, bug free, full-service resort with 2 golf courses, 25 tennis courts (with excellent tennis pros), casino, horseback riding program, great new yacht club (see photo below), and 20 restaurants (from a pizza place to our favorite french restaurant), Bank/ATM, clothes and food shopping, all on premises. Maid service and baby sitting available. NO PASSPORT REQUIRED FOR US CITIZENS
We have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Condo sleeps up to 10 (plus 2 babies)- 2 in one king-size, 6 in twin beds (that easily can be made into up to 2 king-size beds), 2 on an electically inflatable mattress and 2 babies (in a crib and porta-crib). Four cable TVs, high-speed modem internet access, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen
There are many flights to San Juan to choose from and no passport is needed. The drive to Palmas del Mar from the airport is a quick 50 minutes on major highways.We have been in 80 countries. Our second home is an identical unit across the street. Palmas del Mar is our favorite place in the world. Please come to Palmas; we are sure you will agree. Beautiful community pool right next to our Condo building - it is walled for privacy and comfort, beautifully landscaped, well maintained and never busy. Beautiful beach club with Disney-like slides and water spouts. Two beautiful golf corses. A tennis club with 25 courts (hard, har tru & artificial grass) with great tennis pros, pro shop and fitness center. There is a great horseback riding program - riding on the beach is a great experience.
There are more than 20 restaurants on the Palmas property - from a Flying Pizza to our favorite French restaurant in the world (Chez Daniel), Chinese, Latino, burgers, etc. etc. The resort has a fine marina with boats to charter for snorkling, scuba diving and fishing.
And of course, sitting on a beach chair in front of the Caribbean (150 feet from your front door) and doing NOTHING.

The rain forrest; Toroverde Nature Adventure Park (with a spectacular zip line), Vieques (and its memorable bio-luminescent bay), the Camuy caves, Old San Juan and many other tourist attractions are all easy to get to from our condo.
