Enjoy our tranquil home in the private beach community of Southold Shores. Located on a half acre of private land, this home has all the amenities you will need for a relaxing vacation or getaway. Views of Peconic Bay from the home, a private beach and marina. Take advantage of Historic Greenport, located just 1 mile away, as well as the Ferry to Shelter Island and Sag Harbor.
Home has an open concept feel with catherdal ceilings, great room, kitchen and dining room with sliding glass doors that leads to a large deck. The deck wraps around to the front porch.
